Tibet Hill is a writing & recording retreat in Tehachapi CA, roughly 100 miles from LA (2hrs drive from LAX). The property is set on 3 acres of Oak and Pine, on top of a very private hill overlooking the the town, with quiet walks right outside the door. The space and nature is breathtaking and very inspiring to the writing process, be it music or other mediums.
THE WRITER’S CABIN
The Writer’s Cabin is a private guest quest house that is available for short and longer term stays. It is a one bedroom with a queen bed, kitchen, full bath, twin size daybed in living room/kitchen area. It has a Wurlitzer upright piano & acoustic guitar for writing. It also features a hot tub overlooking the west side of the property, the perfect view for sunset and a west facing deck behind the cabin.

$225 per night - $1400 per week - $2450 two weeks - $4500 per month

Road Conditions
Please be aware that the last 3 to 5 mins of the drive is a dirt road, so having a sense for adventure, and/or a 4x4 is a benefit. It is very manageable in a car during dry weather, however it is not paved and not lit at night, so caution is needed when driving, especially after dark. If you are not comfortable to drive on dirt road at all or drive an extremely low car then please consider different location.
Guest access & House Rules
The entire private guest house is accessible to guests, key will be provided
No smoking indoors, there is a designated smoking area outdoors (we are in a fire zone so extreme caution required)
No outdoor fires permitted for same reasons
